
Eyelash Room Policies
The Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible. If you still have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us. The following may determine that you are not suitable to have Eyelash Extensions:
Allergic or sensitive to adhesives, glues, tapes, band aids, etc.
Chemotherapy Treatments
Eye Surgery
Contact lenses- (please remove before application for your own comfort)
Extremely oily skin or hair (Extensions may not last as long)
Pregnancy (especially in 3rd trimester)
Eye Infections or irritation
Please book a prior lash consultation if any of the above relate to you. The following may determine that you are not suitable to have Eyebrow waxing and tinting:
Roaccutane medication – this can thin the skin
Spray tans or fake tans can interfere with tint colours and change the desired tint colour.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments or FEES APPLY. We need this time to be able to call our clients on the waiting list. Cancellations within a 24 hour period will be charged 50% of their appointment cost. No-shows will incur 100% charge of their appointment cost.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during our service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment.
A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge.
GUARANTEE
If, for any reason you experience any issue or problem with a treatment, we are happy to give you a complimentary follow-up consultation, and then attempt to rectify the issue (which may or may not be a complimentary service, depending on the nature of the situation) however, you must contact us within three working days of your appointment for us to do so. We are very happy to help you, but please request our assistance within a reasonable timeframe, to allow us to properly assess the treatment outcome.
No refunds are offered. Your payment covers products used and the time and experience of your lash technician.
